Covossi Solid Surface Countertops are ideal in commercial and residential environments. This exceptionally durable material stands up to daily wear and tear just as well as other more expensive solid surface products and for a fraction of the cost. This product can be installed by a 1-2 man team in as little as one day with common tools contractors currently own or can easily purchase at local hardware stores.

Covossi Solid Surface Countertops are stain, water and impact resistant. The countertop material offers a ¼” solid through-color of a polyester resin on a 1-⅛” chipboard core. The countertop finishes an overall look and feel of a 1-⅜” solid surface countertop without the cost.

Technical Specifications:

  • Covossi Solid Surface Countertops are manufactured from 30% Polyester Resin, 69% Aluminum Tri-Hydrate, as well as 1% Pigmentation (mainly Titanium Dioxide) with superior innovative designs, enduring applications and has an excellent long-term performance. The laminated top is made by adhering the hardened polyester resin compound onto the chipboard core.
  • Joints – Solid Surface Countertops have inconspicuous and unobtrusive joints, due to the level of pigment in the material; it gives the overall appearance of a seamless counter surface.
  • Repairable – The countertop can be repaired easily using an ordinary abrasive cleaner and a scouring pad. The surface may be fully restored to its original appearance.
  • Hygienic – The countertop is a nonporous material and is naturally resistant to mold, bacteria and mildew.
  • Self Installed – Solid Surface Countertops require no templating, which saves on time and cost. With the proper tools, all tops can be installed by a typical contractor.
