- 2012: Refinished all guestroom doors.
- 2014: Redesigned and refinished guestroom side tables adding granite top.
- 2015: Refinished atrium handrails on 26 guestroom floors.
- 2016: Major hotel renovation. Repurposed, updated and refinished desk/dresser unit. Refinished headboards and nightstands. Refinished and reupholstered guestroom chairs and ottomans. Refinished lobby and atrium side tables and coffee tables. Reupholstered lobby and atrium seating. On-time project completion.
- 2017: Reupholstered and refinished executive office furniture. Reupholstered additional lobby seating.
Loews Miami Beach Hotel (790 guestrooms and suites)
- 2016: Major hotel renovation. Repurposed, refinished (color change) and added stone to guestroom case goods. Refinished bath vanities. Refinished and reupholstered guestroom sofas and chairs.
Aloft Frisco/Aloft Plano/Aloft Las Colinas, Irving, TX (408 guestrooms total)
- 2015-2016: Concurrently reupholstered lobby furniture for three Dallas area hotels. Reupholstered guestroom lounge chairs and headboards.
Hotel Monaco Washington, D.C. (184 guestrooms and suites)
- 2015: Refinished guestroom case goods. Reupholstered custom headboards and benches.
